Bicarbonate of Soda (100g)

Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) is also a cheap, eco-friendly deodoriser that can help with all sorts of cleaning problems. It's used regularly in baking (you've probably got some in your cupboard), but it's also excellent for cleaning around the house.

Bicarbonate of soda, or baking soda, is an alkali which is used to raise soda breads and full-flavoured cakes such as gingerbread, fruit cake, chocolate cake and carrot cake. It needs an acid (as well as moisture) to activate it so is often combined with cream of tartar, yogurt, buttermilk or milk.

Order however many multiples of 100g as you would like. The product will be packaged in a brown paper bag. If you select 'click & collect' or 'local delivery' at checkout we may be able to package your chosen product(s) in a repurposed container such as a glass jar or tub (depending on what we have available).
